Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds: Refunds are accepted within 72 hours from when you placed your order. After 72 hours, orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, orders cannot be exchanged for different items. Please contact me within 72 hours to cancel your order. Once cancelled, you may place a new order with the correct items.

Please contact me within 14 days from when your order was marked delivered. Include your order number and any additional information about your missing or damaged items and I will do my best to help you! 

Once I receive your message, please have photos of the package as well as damaged items ready for me to review.

Missing items Missing items be re-shipped out within 1 business day. Tracking will be included.
Damaged items caused during processing

If it happens that an item was damaged during the processing (packing) phase, two options are available to remedy this issue: 

  1. Reship: A new item will be reshipped within 1 business day at no charge of the customer. Tracking will be included with newly shipped items.
  2. Refund: A refund in the amount paid for the damage item will be issued.
Damaged items caused during shipping If it happens that an item was damaged during shipping or by the delivery service, the customer will be subjected to filing a claim through USPS. The shop holds no responsibility or control with the how to package is handled once it is shipped out.

Shipping

When you place an order, it will go through a two-step process:

1. Processing: 
My processing time is 7 business days from when your order was placed. Processing includes reviewing and packing your orders.

2. Shipping: Once processed, your package is shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary, but you will receive a tracking number once it has shipped.

If you run into any issues with your package, please contact me. However after it is marked "delivered", please contact USPS

All orders are shipped from Washington state, USA by a one-person team! (Just me!)

Shipping is currently only available within the US.

I will do my best to trace your package, but once the package is marked "delivered" it is out of my control to find the package and you must contact USPS. Please visit the USPS Missing Mail page to submit a claim with the post office.
